- "ACCOUNT" refers to the personal information and credentials used by users to access gold points, virtual items, and communication systems on this website.
- "LICENSE" governs your use of gold points, virtual items, or services purchased from this website.
- "VIRTUAL ITEMS" are in-game items delivered by FuryMU through the website store in exchange for gold points.
- "UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEM" is a virtual item purchased from a designated shop that remains in the in-game mailbox and has not been withdrawn.
- "GOLD POINTS" are virtual points available for purchase by users, valid for 30 calendar days.
- "SERVICE" encompasses any online facilities, tools, services, or information provided by FuryMU through the website.
- "PAYMENT INFORMATION" includes details required for purchasing gold points, such as names, addresses, and financial details.
- "PURCHASE INFORMATION" refers to any orders, invoices, confirmation emails, and receipts.

- "USER/USERS" refers to any third party accessing the website who is not employed by FuryMU.

FuryMU aims to provide high-quality virtual items in exchange for gold coins, free of faults, including data corruption.
- This refund policy covers faults that impair the use of gold points.
- It does not cover difficulties arising from issues such as file incompatibility or minor mistakes in virtual items, such as spelling errors or graphical faults not resulting from data corruption.
- Gold points cannot be exchanged back into currency, and purchases of gold points are non-refundable.
- If a purchased set of gold points is not exchanged for virtual items within 14 calendar days, it becomes invalid and is not eligible for a refund. Refund requests within this period are at FuryMU management's discretion.
- If a virtual item is faulty upon receipt, you must inform FuryMU within 24 hours to receive a refund equivalent to the purchase price. Notifications outside this period are at management's discretion.
- Accidental purchases due to technical faults in the payment system must be disputed with the respective payment processor. FuryMU is not responsible for any technical faults at payment processors.
- Where any refund is issued, FuryMU reserves the right to suspend or terminate the respective account.
